Risk disclosure

SLOTH is an experimental crypto asset. It may lose all value. Smart-contract failures, wallet compromise, network congestion, regulatory action, liquidity loss and market volatility can cause partial or total loss. APY is funded by a finite reward pool and is not a promise of profit.

Presale escrow and refunds

Purchases create an on-chain token entitlement. Tokens become claimable only if the presale is finalized successfully. If the on-chain soft cap is not met, eligible contributors may request an on-chain BNB refund. Network fees are not refundable.

No financial advice

Nothing on this website is investment, tax or legal advice. Participants are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Wallet and transaction responsibility

Users control their own wallets and must verify the network, contract address, transaction details and destination before signing. The project will never request a seed phrase or private key.

Privacy

The static dApp does not require an account. Public wallet addresses and transactions are visible on the blockchain. Local preferences such as language and dismissed notices may be stored in the browser. Hosting, RPC and analytics providers may process standard connection metadata under their own policies.

Restricted participation

Do not participate if token sales or crypto assets are prohibited where you live, or if you are subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions. Production eligibility rules must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
